Proposed bill 149

This is a very important meeting because if this passes, we people with horses, will be in trouble, big trouble with potentially having to place IDs on all the horses and keep records etc.

Could be very costly. I tried to find more info on the Idaho Horse Council Website, but there was nothing mentioned.

TODAY, Thursday, February 17, 2011 there is an important meeting at 4 pm at the Garden Level at the State Capital.

This concerns the proposed bill HB 149 to make horses companion animals.
Please wear your cowboy hat and attend the meeting if at all possible.
